Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to online appointment bookings and deposits made through the Ella Clinic website.
1. Service provider

2. Booking and deposit
An online booking is completed when the deposit is successfully paid via Cardlink. The deposit amount is shown before payment, includes VAT, and reserves the slot; it is not necessarily the full treatment price.
Service / offer prices shown on the website are informational. Any remaining balance is paid at the clinic according to the selected treatment and assessment.
Until payment is confirmed, the slot may be held temporarily for a limited time; if payment is not completed, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
3. Confirmation
After successful payment you receive confirmation (by email where available) with appointment details and a cancellation code in the form ella-xxxxx. Please check the details and keep the code.
4. Cancellation and deposit refund
You may cancel free of charge with a deposit refund up to 24 hours before the appointment start, via the website cancellation page and your cancellation code.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, no-shows, or requests outside the self-serve flow are handled by the clinic; the deposit may be non-refundable.
Deposit refunds for timely cancellations are processed manually to the original payment method within a reasonable time after cancellation is confirmed. The amount refunded is the deposit excluding VAT; VAT paid at checkout is not refunded.
5. Changes by the clinic
In exceptional cases (e.g. force majeure, unexpected staffing issues) the clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will then contact you to arrange a new time or refund the deposit.
6. Medical suitability
A booking does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be performed. Final treatment depends on clinical assessment, history and consent. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, alternatives or related refunds are discussed under the clinic’s policy.
